The Place has fifteen king-size bedrooms, each air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom and uniquely decorated in a modern style with a mix of Asian and European influences. Upon arrival in Bali, you will be welcomed at the airport and taken to The Place Retreats. You will be totally free of all responsibilities. Meals, transport and activities are all catered for, giving you the time and space that you need to focus on yourself being able to let go of the stressful everyday life, and finding true guidance for new directions. Being totally taken care of, you can start to feel more confident, relaxed, renewed and revived.

Our concierge team will not only accompany you during your stay at The Place, but from the moment you send your booking confirmation, our team will accompany you to provide information about facilities, programs, excursion planning, Visa support along with any other requests you may need during your stay with us.

Our laundry team is a team that has experience in the cruise ship industry. We understand how to care for resident clothing based on the material of the clothing. Laundry is a crucial part for residents because entrusting their belongings is not easy. So we took the initiative to provide in-house laundry so clients can relax and focus on themselves without worrying about their clothes.

Our Head Nurse is a graduate, who graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and is fluent in English. The nursing team will prepare residents and assist with examinations or treatments. They monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents’ conditions. The team will coordinate with the healthcare team members to assess, plan, evaluate and implement our residents' care plans.

The Excursions
Upon request, our concierge team can support you with organizing excursions to some of Bali’s most treasured places including the Tegalalang Rice Terrace in Ubud, Snorkeling Trips and Balinese Temple Tours. In addition, our team can organize a traditional Balinese Healing Ceremony to complete your experience in Bali with locations ranging from the Sebatu Holy Spring Waterfall or the healing black sand beach, Watu Klotok.
